I absolutely love the reformer and an beyond excited to use it daily. The reason it has 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the shipping and install. Shipping took 2 months with no communication from their end. I ended up emailing and reaching out on instagram. It’s a big purchase so a little more information would have been appreciated. The install video kind of helped but some things were already put together and i had to try to zoom into the video to see what was used and where. I still have some washers that i have no clue where those go. Again, love the reformer and after a couple uses, i am beyond happy
